This ground-floor renovation of a detached home blends modern scandi design with colour. In the dining room, bespoke joinery was crafted to enhance both the aesthetic and utility of the space, while a electrical rewire ensures the perfect balance of mood and task lighting for the space. The living room was completely reimagined, featuring a stunning new fireplace as a central focal point, complemented by custom-built storage units around the TV area, providing both style and practicality. A bespoke sofa was also designed and commissioned specifically for the space, ensuring comfort without compromising on design.

In the garden room, poured concrete floors offer a sleek, contemporary finish, while slatted walls create a striking visual contrast. Behind the slats, hidden storage maximises space and keeps the room tidy, while a continuous slatted ceiling with a incorporated lighting adds an architectural touch. A unique swing sourced from India adds a personal nod to the client's heritage, infusing the room with warmth and character. Throughout the project, we managed the builder and coordinated with various trades to ensure a seamless execution, resulting in a sophisticated, thoughtfully designed home that reflects the client's style and needs.
